Psychic medium Craig Hamilton-Parker talks about his book What to do When You Are Dead and the website that supports the book. Included are extracts about the afterlife, near death experiences, out of body experiences and afterlife experiences. What can we learn from accounts of the near death experience and what can mediums tell us about the life after death. Is it a place? Is the next world real or are near death experiences just hallucinations brought on by the dying brain.

i love god as well. …
i love god as well..but i hava different opinion..support onlymanolos on what he said..but i think we were wondering spirits in the afterlife and when a baby was born we inhabited the baby..might sound strange..but i rekon it could be right coz if u look at it..a baby shows no personality or any spectacular function untill its gets hand to mouth coordination once the baby has that coordination the personality and the baby grows into the man/woman its destined to be

It may sound strange, but I view this life on this planet as a death of sorts. I mean our soul resided with God prior to being placed in our human form here on Earth. We were complete, whole and knew nothing other than love and pure bliss. Here we experience deformities, pain, suffering, loss, etc. Once our physical form dies, we are then released and able to return to our home. We are alive again. Passing from this world should a celebration. We shouldn’t mourn those who have been set free.

keep up acting like that and your afterlife will be horrible, why can’t you just accept others ways and let them live their life? why don’t you just focus on yourself, or you could help others, but you don’t seem like much of a helper…

Im more disgusted by experiments, torture and murder toward humans and animals. Their is genocide going on in Africa. Bloodshed in Gaza. These are no violent acts of aliens, they are humans, very toxic and worthless humans.

3:30 the Christian belief of resurrection of the dead was indeed influenced by the Jews – a small cult called the Essenes in fact. This had become popular in Judaea in the 1st century AD, when the disciples were around. St Paul explicitly extols the doctrine in Corinthians. The idea of the immortality of the soul does not have such explicit Biblical backing. Muslims developed the doctrine later, most likely influenced by Jews in Arabia.

Well, if you have your bible w/ you and you read through the book of Revelation, you will see many things that are happening in our world that match w/ what the Bible hints towards the end times.

Although Richard …
Although Richard dawkins and I have very different views we had a friendly and interesting debate. Although he is a sceptic and I am a psychic I did like him and actually agree with many of his views about the dangers of blind belief. My argument is that we mediums also like him challenge traditional belief – we endeavour to give verifiable information about the continuation of life after physical death. YouTube is very useful but if you wish to be educated it is usually a good idea to also do some reading. Just watching YouTube clearly does not educate a person – as you are clearly demonstrating.

Sorry mate – you said they were all proved to be frauds. I merely asked for your evidence where this was the case. I’ve made no claims, just a request for information. There’s two possibilities here ; a. you are able to provide information based on credible testimony or – b. your comments aren’t based on facts but a bias without the relevant investigation.

I’ve looked at the evidence Victor Zammit provides on the web regarding these people and
being skeptical searched and couldn’t find any credible allegations of fraud. Have a look at his site if you wish – he’s got his own $1m challenge! I’ll look at the skeptic challenge

You’ve got to be joking – all of those people you mentioned were indeed proven to be frauds.
Find a living person and direct them towards the $1 millon skeptics challenge if they believe that they have supernatural powers and then I’ll listen to you.
I honestly hope that somebody succeeds. It would be the greatest leap ahead in scientific understanding since the theory of relativity.

Really? Where’s your evidence for that – “100% of mediums…frauds”? Helen Duncan? Leslie Flint? Leonore Piper? I understand they were all tested and no fraud detected. Can you refer me to any material which proves fraud in these cases?
